47No action, application or other proceeding lies or shall be instituted against any member or former member of the Committee, a conservation officer, a person authorized by the conservation officer or the Minister to act under this Act or any other person employed or engaged in the administration or enforcement of this Act in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act by the person.
